Return & Exchange

We at Nature troops strive to give you the quality product of your choice. However, if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at support@naturetroops.com or get in touch with us via live chat. You can also dm us on Instagram for any concerns or questions. 

We have 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@naturetroops.com with relevant imagery and information about your order and we will start the process immediately.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)


To be eligible for Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damaged, used and without tags bags will not be accepted for return.

Please note that our return policy accepts only exchanges/replacements and not direct monetary refunds. Return or refund will not be done on buyer’s remorse. Our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product.   

 Shipping

We bear the cost of shipping for damaged/defective items. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you have mentioned the wrong phone number or wrong pin code or wrong address or incomplete address details, you’ll be responsible for it. The address can not be changed once the order is shipped. We won’t be doing replacements in such cases. As per all courier company’s rules, they attempt delivery a maximum of three times, if three attempts are done, we can’t help you with that and no return/refund will be done in such cases. If it’s returned to us, you have to pay for reshipping, If it’s delivered to the wrong address due to the wrong information provided by you, We won’t be able to help you, and no refund will be done in such cases.

In some solid colors, the actual color may vary slightly, due to lighting conditions, this won’t be considered as a valid reason for any kind of defects. (Certain colors like pink, red, blue, etc, give variation based on different lighting conditions like studio lights, room light, and natural light)
