Shipping Pan India is FREE on orders valued above INR 999/- and on us.

The time frame for delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfilment centre for dispatch within 3-7 business days after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfilment centre to the destination. The delivery usually takes about 5-7 business days.
• Express shipping: Express shipping prioritizes speedy delivery compared to standard shipping methods. Fast delivery in 2-3 business days after order processed.

Your order may deliver sooner or later than a given time period, based on your pin-code and delivery restriction on your location or based on the courier company’s operation power and resources capacity.

Delivery will be as per government guidelines and delivery time may vary with constantly changing government regulations or any natural reasons like Heavy Rain/ Fog /Snow. Additional case being manpower or resources limitation from the courier company, in all these similar or exceptional cases it may take longer than mentioned time, in such cases no refund/return will be done based on delivery time dispute.

Nature troops offers free shipping to INDIA for prepaid orders valued above Rs 999. If your payment mode is COD then we charge an extra 99 Rs.

Tracking

1. You should receive an email and SMS within 2-3 business days that your order has been shipped.

2. Please click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS to track your orders.

3. You can also track your order on Track Order page by putting your order number.

Orders Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to support@naturetroops.com within 24 HOURS of placing your order.

If you want to cancel the order after placing it, please get in touch with us immediately or within 24 hours, after the order goes into processing automatically. If your order is processed then we’ll not be able to cancel it or refund the money, Please take note of that.
